18 Oakville speed skaters took part in the first Provincial Series of the year in Cambridge this past weekend.

Congratulations to Charlie Cotton who skated away with a hard-earned gold medal and Kai Abdool who won bronze in his division.

Frank Feng skated away with a Top Six placement.

Andrew Liou earned an ice cream cake for breaking the 50 second mark in the 500m with a time of 49.47.
